Pattern of Light

Each day we are surrounded by many different letters, which usually appear as black, flat, two-dimensional objects.  Looking at them in a new and interesting way can slightly change the angle from which one perceives world around them.

This thought has developed into “Pattern of Light” project. Experimentation with type, light, shadows and projections is the main purpose of this project. The emerging questions were: how can letters’ projections be transformed? What do their shadows look like on various surfaces? How do different light sources affect the shadows cast? How to convey specific quotes content by a visual way using letters?

All these questions force a search for an answer and a dive into typographical experimentation.

The final outcomes are book which consists from many pictures, high quality posters and  art installation.
