Carl Whymark
Story telling, in the case of my major project, an adaptation of Dante’s Inferno, is one of my main interests in illustration. Influenced also by shamanic art, I became facinated with developing organic line drawings into the form of characters on mythological quests. My work sources from my photography and observational drawings of trees and vegetation.
