Molly Wilson
My interests lie predominantly in narrative image-making, and composition. I enjoy creating a flow from one image to the next and telling a story. I have recently started using mainly cut paper in my work instead of drawing or painting, which both opens up some possibilities and removes others – I have been very pleased with the resulting change in the style of images I am producing. In narrative work I try to evoke atmosphere and draw the eye along the image and onwards. In all my work I try to avoid using computers until the very final stages – I value all the little imperfections you can get when you cut out paper shapes!
